BLTSC is governed by a Management Committee and four Trustees. Officers of the committee are elected at the Club's March end Annual General Meeting, though Trustees are not subject to re-election. All of the roles are voluntary.
Contact details of BLTSC Management committee members can be found on the notice board by the Office in the Clubhouse. Ours is a member’s club, run by members for members, as such everyone is encouraged to share their views and ideas with a committee member or via the Office.
The running of the Club, its finances, rules and constitution is the responsibility of the Management Committee.
Meetings are held approximately every six weeks and the committee comprises the following roles:
- General Secretary
- Facilities Secretary
- Bar Secretary
- 2 Members
- 3 Tennis Officers (see below)
- 2 Squash Officers (see below)
- 4 Trustees
Tennis Officers: Mens’ Captain, Ladies Captain, Fixtures Secretary, Tournament Secretary and Junior Co-ordinator
Squash Officers: Men’s Captain, Ladies Captain, Tournament Secretary and Junior Co-ordinator
