Everyone is welcome to our first free open day of 2024.

It’s between 10am and 1pm on Sunday 24th March. Our tennis and squash courts will be available free for visitors. There’ll also be free coaching for young and old, beginners and experts.

For the first time, we will be able to offer some Pickleball taster sessions.

So, why not come along? 

There will be lots of free activities on the day: enough for all the family. We’ll even provide rackets, so just come in your trainers.

BLTSC has 12 outdoor and 2 indoor tennis courts; and 3 squash courts. If it’s raining- no matter- we’ll be inside!

Our outdoor tennis courts are 3 different surfaces – clay, hard, and new artificial grass. 6 courts are floodlit so we can play outdoors until 10pm all year round.

In tennis, squash and racketball we have very active box leagues so you can get a lot of competitive play if you want. In tennis there are over 80 singles box league players, and over 40 mixed doubles box league players.

We run a wide variety of tennis classes: from Tots (age 3) through to adult beginners so there’s no excuse no matter what your age or ability. It’s a great way to get fit and meet new people.

In addition we have free pool, free table tennis, free wifi, free BT Sport and bar (not free!) in the club house.

If you do decide to join our club on the day, there’s a discount to the usual membership.
